This User Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the Cylix mobile application, including all features, content, and services provided within the app. By accessing or using Cylix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement. Cylix does not require account creation or login credentials to access its core features, ensuring a seamless and immediate fitness journey for all users.
Cylix is designed to support users of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes pursuing gravity-defying skills like Planche and Front Lever. You may use the app to track workouts, access skill progression roadmaps, view instructional content, and receive personalized motivation—all without creating an account or sharing personal identification details.
You agree to use Cylix solely for lawful, fitness-related purposes. You shall not use the app to engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or harms the app’s functionality, servers, or networks. This includes but is not limited to automated scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass any security measures within the application.
Cylix retains the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature or service within the app at any time, with or without prior notice. We strive to maintain uninterrupted access, but temporary outages for maintenance, bug fixes, or feature enhancements may occur.
All content within Cylix—including workout plans, skill tutorials, progress trackers, visual assets, and motivational materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of Cylix or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content within the app without explicit written permission from Cylix.
You retain ownership of any workout data, progress logs, or personal notes you input into the app. However, you grant Cylix a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this data to improve app functionality, personalize your experience, and develop new features. This data is processed locally on your device where possible, with no mandatory upload to external servers.
As a user of Cylix, you are responsible for your own physical safety and well-being. Street workout skills involve inherent risks of injury, and you should consult a qualified fitness professional before attempting advanced movements like Planche or Front Lever. Cylix provides instructional guidance but does not assume liability for any injuries, accidents, or health issues resulting from your use of the app.
You agree to maintain the security of your device and prevent unauthorized access to the Cylix app. Since no account is required, you are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your device while using Cylix. If you lose or replace your device, you may lose locally stored workout data, as Cylix does not sync data to cloud servers by default.
Cylix may release updates to the app to improve performance, add new features, or fix bugs. These updates may be automatic or require manual installation from your device’s app store. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms included in the update.
We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or updates to this document. Your continued use of Cylix following such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised agreement.
You may terminate your use of Cylix at any time by uninstalling the app from your device. Cylix reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any terms of this agreement or engage in harmful or unlawful activity within the app.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this agreement cease immediately, and you must cease all use of the app and its content.
